Introduction

At Waardian Private Limited (“Waardian”), we aim to deliver a seamless society management experience — including payments, bookings, and community interactions.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment reversals work on our platform. By using Waardian, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel certain services under the following conditions:

  • Maintenance Payments: Cannot be canceled after payment, as they are society obligations.
  • Amenity Bookings: Can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund.
  • Third-Party Services: Subject to the individual vendor’s cancellation rules.
  • Waardian Subscription: You may cancel your Waardian subscription at any time, but it will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you cancel outside the permitted window, no refund will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make two payments for the same invoice.
  • Eligible Amenity Cancellations: Bookings canceled within the allowed window.
  • Erroneous Deductions: Payments incorrectly processed with verified documentation.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued for payments related to the current billing cycle, including Waardian subscription fees already paid.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within:

  • UPI / Cards / Wallets: 5–7 working days.
  • Bank Transfers: Up to 10 working days.

We’ll notify you via email when your refund is initiated. Actual credit time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

  • Maintenance fees for the current billing cycle.
  • Waardian subscription fees for the current cycle (your plan will remain active until the cycle ends).
  • Penalty charges imposed by the society.
  • Payments made to third-party vendors (unless they authorize a refund).
